2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor, you have the legal authority to consent to these Terms on their behalf and you accept full responsibility for their use of the Services.

- Single Account: Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
3.2 Account Security
- Password Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
- Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach at careovr@gmail.com.
- Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified us of unauthorized access.
- Session Security: Always log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
3.3 Account Updates
- You must promptly update your account information if any changes occur to ensure accuracy and facilitate communication.
- Healthcare professionals must update their credentials, certifications, and availability status in real-time.
4. Services Offered
Careovr provides the following healthcare and wellness services:

- Book in-person or online consultations with verified, licensed healthcare professionals.
- Access doctor profiles, specializations, qualifications, experience, reviews, and availability.
- Receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up notifications.
4.2 Hospital Services
- Find and book appointments at registered hospitals and clinics.
- Access information about hospital facilities, departments, and specializations.
- Schedule procedures, diagnostic tests, and specialist consultations.
4.3 Telemedicine Services
- Consult with healthcare professionals through secure video, audio, or text-based consultations.
- Receive digital prescriptions and medical advice.
- Access medical records and consultation history.
4.4 Caregiver Services
- Connect with qualified, verified caregivers for home care, elder care, post-operative care, and specialized nursing.
- Choose caregivers based on qualifications, experience, ratings, and availability.
- Schedule full-time, part-time, or temporary care services.
4.5 Blood Donation Network
- Access a network of verified blood donors across different blood groups and locations.
- Request blood in emergency situations through rapid response mechanisms.
- Register as a blood donor and contribute to life-saving initiatives.
4.6 Pharmacy Services
- Order prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, wellness products, and medical supplies.
- Upload prescriptions for verification before dispensing prescription medications.
- Receive doorstep delivery with tracking capabilities.
- Access medication reminders and refill notifications.
4.7 Ambulance Booking

- Access basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) equipped ambulances.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
5.1 General Obligations
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and accurate information, especially medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications, as inaccurate information may lead to incorrect treatment.
- Respect and Courtesy: Treat all users, healthcare professionals, and support staff with respect and professionalism.
- Appointment Adherence: Arrive on time for appointments or cancel with reasonable notice as per our cancellation policy.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You expressly agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks.
- Engage in any form of automated data collection (scraping, harvesting, data mining) without express written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation, servers, or networks.
- Post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or threatening content.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users or healthcare professionals.
- Use the Platform to distribute spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial communications.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of Careovr or third parties.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission.
- Create fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Platform.
- Use the Platform to obtain prescription medications without a valid prescription.
- Share prescription medications obtained through the Platform with others.
5.3 Healthcare Professional Responsibilities
- Valid Credentials: Maintain current, valid licenses, certifications, and registrations required by applicable regulatory authorities.
- Professional Standards: Adhere to professional codes of conduct, medical ethics, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Accurate Representation: Provide accurate information about qualifications, specializations, experience, and availability.
- Quality Care: Deliver services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence consistent with professional standards.
- Prescription Compliance: Issue prescriptions only after proper consultation and in accordance with medical guidelines and regulations.
- Patient Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy laws including HIPAA equivalents and Indian privacy regulations.
- Availability Updates: Keep availability schedules current and honor confirmed appointments.
5.4 Blood Donor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information and donation history.
- Meet eligibility criteria as per national blood donation guidelines.
- Respond promptly to donation requests when available.
- Follow pre-donation and post-donation health guidelines.
- Update availability status regularly.
6. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations
6.1 Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: Careovr is a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and healthcare service providers. We do NOT practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical condition.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information accessed through the Platform.
- In case of medical emergencies, immediately call emergency services (112 in India) or visit the nearest emergency room.
6.2 No Doctor-Patient Relationship with Careovr
No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and Careovr. Any such relationship exists solely between you and the individual healthcare professionals you consult through the Platform.
6.3 Healthcare Professional Independence
Healthcare professionals on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Careovr. They maintain independent professional judgment and liability for the services they provide.
6.4 No Guarantees of Outcomes
We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of health information provided through the Platform.
- Treatment outcomes or medical results.
- The quality, competence, or suitability of healthcare professionals.
- Availability of services at any particular time.
6.5 User Due Diligence
Users are encouraged to:
- Verify healthcare professional credentials independently.
- Research treatment options and seek second opinions when appropriate.
- Report any concerns about care quality or professional conduct.
7. Payments, Fees, and Financial Terms
7.1 Service Fees
- User Fees: Users may be required to pay for services including doctor consultations, ambulance bookings, pharmacy orders, laboratory tests, caregiver services, and other healthcare services offered through the Platform.
- Pricing Transparency: All applicable fees, taxes, and charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.
- Price Changes: Service providers may change their fees at any time. Current prices apply at the time of booking.
7.2 Payment Methods
- We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and other approved methods.
- You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.
- You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
7.3 Professional Fees and Commissions
- Healthcare professionals, service providers, and partners agree to applicable platform fees, commissions, or revenue-sharing arrangements as communicated during onboarding.
- We reserve the right to modify commission structures with reasonable notice to affected parties.
7.4 Billing and Invoices

- Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

- You retain ownership of your user content but grant us the right to use it as described above.
- You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
8.4 Trademark Usage
- The "Careovr" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Scoryn Co.
- You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
8.5 Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at careovr@gmail.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform.
- Your contact information.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

11. Telemedicine-Specific Terms

By using our telemedicine services, you acknowledge and consent to:

14. Termination and Suspension

14.2 Termination by Careovr
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if:

- You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

- Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

- Continued operation of your account poses risks to other users or the Platform.

- Healthcare professionals may terminate their engagement with the Platform after fulfilling all pending obligations to users.
- Adequate notice must be provided to allow for patient care transition.
- We may terminate relationships with healthcare professionals for quality concerns, regulatory violations, or breach of professional standards.
15. Disclaimers and Warranties
15.1 "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Basis
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or competence of healthcare professionals.
15.2 No Warranty of Results

- Availability of specific healthcare professionals or services.
- Accuracy of health information or medical advice provided by third parties.
- Compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
15.3 User Responsibility
Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for:
- Evaluating the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Determining the suitability of healthcare professionals and services.
- Making informed healthcare decisions.
- Protecting your devices from viruses or malicious code.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 Maximum Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAREOVR, SCORYN CO., AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.
- Damages arising from the conduct of third-party service providers.
- Medical malpractice, negligence, or errors by healthcare professionals.
- Adverse health outcomes, injuries, or death resulting from services obtained through the Platform.
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content.
- Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures.
16.2 Cap on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CAREOVR IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) INR 10,000 (TEN THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES).
16.3 Jurisdictional Limitations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16.4 Basis of the Bargain
The limitations of liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and Careovr. The Platform would not be provided to you without such limitations.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Careovr, Scoryn Co., and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or demands arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Platform or Services.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
- Your violation of any rights of third parties, including healthcare professionals.
- Your user content or any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
- Your negligent or willful misconduct.
- Any false or misleading information you provide.
- Your interactions with other users or healthcare professionals.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
18.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Indian Contract Act, 1872, Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws shall apply.
18.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration provisions below, the courts located in [Your City/State, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN A PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

19. Modifications to Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may terminate your account.

20. General Provisions
20.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Careovr regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
20.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20.4 Assignment
- You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
- We may freely assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without notice or consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
20.5 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemic, government actions, labor disputes, or internet/telecommunications failures.
20.6 Relationship of Parties
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Careovr. You have no authority to bind Careovr or create obligations on its behalf.
20.7 Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights except as expressly stated herein.
20.8 Notices
- To You: We may provide notices to you via email to your registered email address, through in-app notifications, or by posting on the Platform.
- To Us: All legal notices to Careovr must be sent in writing to the contact information provided in Section 22 below.
20.9 Language
These Terms are prepared in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any technology or data from the Platform in violation of applicable export control laws.
