Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Not Provided: If a service (e.g., hospital appointment, doctor consultation, caregiving service, ambulance service, etc.) has been scheduled but not provided due to errors or issues on our platform or with the service provider, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Cancellation: If a service is canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a refund request may be initiated. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, partial refunds may be provided depending on the nature of the service and the provider’s refund policy.
- Technical Issues: If you face technical problems during a live consultation or booking, and the issue is verified by our technical support team, you will be entitled to a refund for that specific service.
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed Services: If a service (e.g., a doctor consultation, caregiving session, hospital appointment, or ambulance service) has been successfully completed, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Prescription Services: Any charges for medicine purchases, prescriptions, or pharmacy services processed through Careovr are non-refundable after the order has been dispatched.
- Donations: Any donations made to blood donors or caregiving charities via Careovr are non-refundable.
Refund Process

- Refund Review: Once we receive your request, our team will review the case and verify the details. If approved, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction. If you made a payment through a third-party service (such as PayPal or UPI), the refund will be subject to the terms of that provider.
- Refund Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. If there are any delays beyond the expected timeline, please reach out to our support team.
Late or Missing Refunds
